Our Story

Owners Cailie & Wyatt Williams are from Union City. Cailie went to BACC where she was in FFA and showed animals at the county fair. She has always had a passion for raising livestock. Cailie has been managing Countryside since 2021. Both of Cailie’s grandfathers had livestock and farmed, so farming has been an ongoing part of her upbringing.  The Williams purchased Countryside Quality Meats in early 2023 when Wyatt was working on Cailie's family farm. Now Wyatt works full-time butchering at Countryside. He also oversees employees on the process floor and does building maintenance. The Williams are excited to be involved in animal agriculture, from farm to fork. They raise pork, beef, lambs and goats and are pleased to raise the next farming generation. Their kids love to help with the animals and enjoy ringing up costumer orders out at the front desk.
